Project Mirroring
Create a dynamic, AI-managed replica of your Asana project for alternative planning and organizational experimentation.
Mirroring duplicates tasks from a primary Asana project (the "source") into a secondary project (the "target"). In the target project, tasks are automatically re-categorized and enriched based on deep AI analysis. This allows you to maintain your team's established workflow while testing an alternative, AI-driven structure.
Our AI "reads between the lines" of your task history. It analyzes the full description and every comment to identify specific signals—like priority shifts or department mentions—to suggest accurate mapping in the mirrored project.
The remapping engine only processes tasks updated since their last mapping. This "delta-only" approach captures recent developments while minimizing API latency and processing overhead.
Governance Modes
Autonomous Mode
Fully automated cycle. AI suggestions for remapping tasks are applied directly and immediately in the target project without human intervention.
Semi-Autonomous
High-confidence triggers. Only suggestions meeting a specific threshold (e.g. >85%) are auto-applied. Others are queued for administrator review.
Human Approval
Strict oversight. Every AI suggestion is queued for manual validation on the AI Suggestions page before being written back to Asana.
