Credential Anchoring

Create a System Account in the dashboard settings. This serves as the secure identity for your observation node. Once created, inject your Asana Personal Access Token to authorize the engine.

Discovery & Initialization

Navigate to the Project Hub. Use the Discovery Engine to scan your Asana registry and select the projects you wish to bring under observation. This will initialize the metadata tracking layer.

The Metadata Sweep

On your new Project Dashboard, click Sync Project. This performs a complete infrastructure audit, mapping every task, custom field, and team member into the logic engine.

Activating Autonomy

Set your project's Business Hours and enable Global Scheduling in Settings. The AI will now begin its daily autonomous cycle: syncing history, calculating EPS scores, and generating your Morning Briefing.
