Operational Goal

Structural integrity is the primary indicator of long-term project health. A project can have low-risk nodes but still fail strategically if those nodes are not aligned with high-level objectives.

The Integrity Auditor is a serverless worker that performs a daily structural scan of the registry, identifying logic gaps—preventing roadmaps from becoming "Ghost Hubs" of unsupported milestones.

Integrity is measured over time to identify Strategic Drift. If the Planning Integrity score drops consistently over a 7-day window, it signals that the team is expanding the project's tactical surface area without aligning it to the approved roadmap.

Drift Warning Trigger

A drop of >15% in Planning Integrity within 48 hours triggers a "Structural Realignment Required" directive in the Daily Brief.
